Innovative Steps’ ISS Program provides structured, community-based support focused on independence, social connection, and personal growth. Participants engage in skill-building activities, recreational outings, and volunteer opportunities tailored to individual goals and abilities.
What is ISS
ISS is a structured day program designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community involvement, life skills development, and social enrichment. Services are individualized to support personal goals, routines, and preferred activities while promoting independence and confidence.

Personal Assistance Services and Habilitation support for daily living tasks, community integration, and skill-building.
